yesterday nite, i watched a reality show called THE BACHELORETTE...well it's the only episode of that show that i watched n it's also the season finale of this show...
basically, it's about a lady get to chose a guy out of 25 people to b her fiance in 6 weeks time. n of coz as the season finale,there were only 2 guys left, Charlie Maher n Ryan Sutter...n the "lucky" bachelorette is called Trista Rehn...

in this last episode, the guys got to meet her parents...fortunately, the parents (father, mother n a stepmother) r very open minded n willing to accept any of the 2 guys left, n they refused to influence their daughter's decision...will ur parents b like them?haha...
the day after meeting the parents the 2 guys get to date with Trista for one last time...Charlie,a guy who r very good in talking, did impressed Trista's family alot, he's confident n he's very sure about his place in Trista's heart..."i will b shocked if she doesn't chose me," he said...Ryan on the other hand,a firefighter who r kinda shy. he always wonders wat Trista felt for him n always trying to get the answer out of her...but one thing he did that really impressed Trista's dad n made her mother cried was, he asked for her dad's permission to propose to her...so out of these 2 guys, if u r Trista who would u chose??
All 3 of them told the audience that they really fall for each other...but Trista was the one that making the decision, which was so hard for her to make, coz no matter wat, she'll definitely hurt one of the 2 guys...some people said that participants in the reality shows can b cruel at times, but dun u think that in this kinda situation, reality shows r the one that being cruel to the participants?to hurt one person no matter wat, will u b brave enuff to make such decision?
Finally,she made a choice...n they got engaged...while one guy went back with a heart broken...
Before the show ends, they showed a short preview of the interviews of the winner n the bachelorette of the previous season...IRONICALLY, they broke up n were interviewed separately on the request of the bachelorette...she said she was being cheated during the show...can true love been found in such reality show??
by the way,according to tv.com, in US they did show the wedding of the winner n Trista,so all the best to them...n one thing, the bachelorette that i watched was the 1st season, so i dunno which "previous season" that they found the 2 people for interview,lol,maybe the previous season means the show -- "the bachelor"...

The Amazing Race Bangalore Edition

The dramatic life continues even after the university exams...after 2 days of busy packing n shifting,finally we left manipal on wed nite to get to Bangalore for our flight on thu nite...everything was just fine as the day goes...even tho we r late for 4 hours to reach in Bangalore due to the bad road condition,but it's not a big deal...so we spent our day in Bangalore walking around...finally get we get back to our hotel n the bus was supposed to pick us up to the airport at 6.45pm...however,it's late n only arrived at 7.15pm or so...here starts the "Amazing Race"...at 1st,we never realise a traffic jam was waiting us in front...so we tot we r gonna make it for the check in in the airport...suddenly,we found out that we were stuck in the terrible traffic jam...we started to get worried,n we get a news from the airport that they r gonna close the counter in another 5MINS!!!!n the bus driver just kept saying,"airport is just go down str8 n turn right",however he passed every single junction that can turn to the right,n someone in the bus just kept talkin nonsense n rubbish...luckily kt never run to the airport,if not,it's gonna b a marathon...n luckily we have friends in the airport that help us wait at the counter...finally,we reached at airport like about 8.45pm,while all of us r busy helpin others to check in all the luggages,someone again just wait for own luggages n check in alone...n again,we r lucky to have alot of airport staffs to help us get into the flight,without their help,i afraid i m still stuck in Bangalore for now...anyway,it's all over...we get to play our own games n watch our own movie in the plane,that's good enuff...now i only understand,y in just a few mins time in amazing race,somebody will just miss the flight...n y sometimes ppl just beg n beg,they still r able to get into the flight...we r lucky to have so many ppl (except one) helpin us to get thru all these...so now,we r all in Malaysia,n my fellow friends,HAPPY HOLIDAY!!n ENJOY!!!
